Hydrotherapy promotes relaxation, pain relief and improved sleep habits as the heat buoyancy and massage work together to clear your mind, reduce stress and soothe overworked muscles. Calming music and lights further heighten your Spa Pool Experience within our private cottage garden

Each individual booking will receive privacy and a feeling of exclusivity, making The Little Lodge Spa - your own personal & perfect retreat.

Most of our day packages commence at 11:30am or 12:30pm, but we can be flexible. All prices are per person, based on 2–3 guests in your party, however you may book to come alone and enjoy an experience totally by yourself.
